      Pros

      Great benefits, great pay and they have been around for years and proven to be the best in the Electric Industry business.

      Cons

      One of the largest companies in the electric business, change constantly and not conducive to the older or aging populations work ethic.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits! Even in the bad times, employees receive bonuses. Great work in the communities it serves too. Definitely one of the best companies in NC to work for.

      Cons

      Any cons are outweighed by the positives. Like any business, work demands are high. I would attribute those to the high standards the company has for its employees.
