      Pros

      I have enjoyed learning new things in this company and the opportunities that were given to me. The people for the most part are all friendly and willing to help. Always something going on here.

      Cons

      Not much placement opportunities. Very hard for contractors to become employees. They are not big on giving raises either.

      Pros

      This is a very stable and modern organization. The best thing about the power industry is that you're guaranteed a job until something better than electricity comes by. Upper management is very understanding to your needs.

      No cons that I can think of.

      Pros

      Large company with a lot of room to grow. Opportunities are given, and there are no glass ceilings. Company truly cares about their employees.

      Cons

      It is a large company which isn't for everybody. May require a bit of travel depending on job, and if you are an individual whom doesn't like to travel, may want to read job descriptions carefully.
