      I really didn't like working for this company which is why I left

      More managers than workers. Management out of Charlotte treated employees badly, made them feel worthless, made derogatory comments, accusations, sarcastic comments. If you weren't a Duke employee and were a former Progress Energy employee then they basically treated you like crap.
