Salary and Wages, Job Security, Comradery, Shift Rotation provides time off during the weekdays, and Sense of Purpose and Satisfaction

Cons

Shift Rotation requires changing sleep schedules. Sometimes the scheduled time off does not match well with business hours, school hours, and normal 9-5 lifestyles.

Large company with a lot of room to grow. Opportunities are given, and there are no glass ceilings. Company truly cares about their employees.

Cons

It is a large company which isn't for everybody. May require a bit of travel depending on job, and if you are an individual whom doesn't like to travel, may want to read job descriptions carefully.
