      Pros

      Duke really seems to invest in their employees. There are many programs available, including tuition reimbursement. If you are motivated, the company genuinely appears to be willing to help you upgrade yourself and your career.

      Cons

      Some of the more senior employees are not very receptive to Duke wanting to advance both the company and it's employees.

      Some managers very supportive of training Salary not bad Focus on safety

      Raises difficult even if you are a top performer. Huge company now, plodding, not as agile as once was
