Pros

8 hours shifts. good insurance. Overtime potential, I had great supervisors.

Cons

you have to be willing to work 12 to 16 hour days 7 days a week during storm restoration. Not a con for me but I know it will be for some people,

Work From Home is the main one, but rumors are they are looking to change it to RTO. There are health benefits, paid leave, and sick time.

Cons

WFH possibly ending, keep finding excuses not to give full bonuses, changes in how sick time works.
