      Pay......that's it..... double time available once a week

      Cons

      Management, middle management, insurance, benefits, safety is an after thought and producing megawatts is more important, everything that happens will always be your fault, there is a specific program in place to make sure it falls on the employee- hence human performance tools=always employees fault
