Offers 10% - 15% Bonuses, 6 weeks paternity/maternity leave, cheap insurance, cost of living + merit increases. Generally, most of the people who work here are best industry.

Cons

They do silly things like selling off whole divisions even ones that are highly profitable. Takes many years to increase vacation.
