      Flexible work schedule. There are many very good leaders. Excellent teams that are supportive of each other and have an all in attitude. Some of the most dedicated hard working people you will find

      Senior leadership does not listen to mid to lower level managers and their teams. They make decisions without full perspective of what is happening on the ground and it has begun to have serious effects on morale. Staff have been very vocal about this in employee surveys and leadership has begun to grow concerned. With some serious self - reflection by senior leadership this trend can be corrected
