It’s super busy as are most jobs these days. The constant reorgs and uncertainty can bring the worst out of decent people. People who may just be worried about their financial position and their job due to reorgs and layoffs. No one knows exactly what is going on during these times of uncertainty and those who do keep it close to the fold. I only had a few managers that provided adequate transparency during these times. While I was a leader I spent much of my time being transparent and not worrying about the consequences, as for me - being honest and upfront is a skill I never plan on leaving at home while at work.

Company direction is a bit confusing at the moment. I'm not sure I understand the business direction. The bonus used to be almost guaranteed, now they're a lot more stingy with it.
