Pros

Lots of opportunities for professional development. Very supportive coworkers. Opportunities for upward mobility. Hires lots of students.

Cons

I feel like the management has no idea what to do with their pharmacy department. They could be like UNC if they truly wanted to, but instead, they look for yes men and sweep issues under the rug.

Pros

Learning opportunities are plentiful. Lovely people. Publishing. A lot of clinical trial experience. Great health insurance. Brilliant coworkers. Private offices. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Pay is low and doesn't feel appropriate. Dental insurance is inadequate for big procedures. The pay is truly the only thing you'll have to complain about. That and workload at times, but they're super supportive about trying not to overwhelm you. The pay is tough if you're trying to save money, pay off loans, and live life at the same time on one income.
