You will work harder than your full time. - overworked to be part time! -you can’t clock in before 5 minutes of your shift. - It’s no cut off to clock out. You leave when you finish your work. SO WORK FAST. - no benefits - Lots of call out on the weekend so you’re responsible to pick up for patients. -nurses get extra pay for a lot of circumstances. Phlebotomy GETS NOTHING. -when it’s short staff or lots of call outs there’s no appreciation or cut off for a lot of the extra work you have to do because of all the call outs.
