      Benefits are solid, the main one because ng able to put Duke on your resume for your next better paying job.

      The pay is below median and the office politics can be draining.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, Benefits are the best in the industry, great mid level management.

      Cons

      Very disconnected senior leadership along with poor communication and training for roles that require extremely high levels of expertise. The really good employees get leaned on heavily and over worked and burned out.
