      Overworked, understaffed. Management has tried to do something about it recently though.

      Thank you for your review. Staffing has been a priority for us over the last year and we continue to have weekly meetings to review gaps in staffing. Please continue to let your manager know your concerns. We hope you will continue to see improvements as the 220 new nurses are fully onboarded.       there are a few good souls that work there and are there for the patients and really have a good heart

      Cons

      it's become a business, and the good ones are being pulled out and the money minded folks are taken over
