Pros

There are a many benefits available to Duke employees. This would include discounts in home and car insurance. There are discounts at the outlet malls, cell phone carriers access to venues for hosting events.

Cons

Staff members are very rude to each other and this trend is tolerated by leadership. There is alot of favoritism amongst leadership and employees. National holidays are taken out of your vacation time.
