Pros

Great support for intern, supervisor tries really hard to provide meaningful intern experience, great working support. Very friendly working atmosphere.

Cons

Unpaid intern, kind of slow-pace working environment. May learn much and be at a more important position with time going on.

Pros

Many employee benefits; flexible work shedule; professional development opportunities

Cons

Very low committment to non- clinician scientists and junior faculty. A fair amount of nepotism exists here as well. Be wise, negotiate well up front.
