Pros

Great healthcare benefits and the PTO balance is not paid there are issues with it

Cons

Lower pay than the market The attendance policy is very strict. Lack of communication within management Management does not care about helping you advance your career. Does not give you credit for your degree in your current job role if you got the degree during employment. Must use your PTO for holidays and if your department closes for weather issues.
