      Learned a lot in a very demanding laboratory. Transplantation Immunology is a very complex science and the techs are very good at what they do

      Cons

      Management leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe if there were English speaking (not as a 3rd or 4th language) things might operate much more smoothly. For the 12 Techs - level I or II, we had 9 supervisors/bosses

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits for you and everyone in your family. Very good and many options to move around within the company.

      Cons

      I felt as though many people were very unhappy in their jobs. I can't exactly explain why but it did seem to be the case. Many supervisors aren't good at showing you matter. I've known many people who have worked here and feel the same way.
