      Pros

      Have never seen ANYONE from nursing management on my unit in 10 years.

      Cons

      Management confuses extracurricular activity with superior performance. New meeting attendence policy requires mandatory meetings. You can pick up extra shifts and actually do pt care but that doesn't count
