      Pros

      Has good benefits and some of the clinics have free parking for employees

      Cons

      Management does not know protocols/policies in order to guide employees, favoritism, poor orientation to jobs, only one day of training, not a team work force, it's all about ME, MY and MINE.

      Pros

      Leading, well known health system with a big name that can carry a lot of clout in some circles. Professionally and personally, you can feel like you are making a difference since Duke is where the sickest of the sick come to get help.

      Cons

      DUHS is a huge organization and with any huge organization there are politics. There are also lots of egos.
