Pros
- Management cares about your well-being and your work/life balance - Wonderful benefits that support you and the family (vacation, dental, health, gym) - Comfortable working environment, not being micro-managed - private office - Tuition reimbursement after 3 years - Reimbursement for your kids' tuition!!!! - reputable employer
Cons
- Salaries aren't even close to competitive, but there are some benefits you may be able to take advantage of - understaffed and unsupported work environment with no hope to change, i'm doing a job for two people and getting paid for 1/2 of what one should be paid - little flexibility to work from home
