      Pros

      -Enormous organization with incredible resources -Lots of collaborative, interdisciplinary work -Great mentorship available. Inspired leadership under Chancellor Dzau -Many places to find your niche in clincial or research work -Lots of knowledgable people who can help you in your endeavors

      Cons

      Enormous organization; it can be a bit impersonal at times as a result, and there can be more red tape than one would like.

      Pros

      Great place to get started in your career. Lots of room to learn in the orginzation. The name always looks good on a resume. Lots of exposure to new things and there is no shortage of work to be done. Lower management always seems open to staff and willing to assist in career development.

      Cons

      Duke seems to be below the area in pay. I think that they expect the duke name to carry them with there employees.

      Pros

      It is world renowned and offers the best medical care. Not only is it a great place to work, it is a great place to receive care. Each professional here is interested in the patient's well-being. No job is considered menial. Each person has a role in providing outstanding care to our patients.

      Cons

      It can be very demanding. Due to the type of cases we have, it can be overwhelming. We see all types of cases.
