supportive staff, hands tied to low pay standards for new/old employees

Very kind management with low turnover higher up.

Cons

Therapy staff with high turnover due to low monetary value of employee. Extremely small 401k match (less than 1% I believe) after several dedicated years. Several employees (PTA) of 5-10 years stuck with entry level income due to managers not honoring request for increased wage. New PT hires can refuse low pay until company caves in and reluctantly offers respectable wage (per PT verbal reports).

The house supervisors, charge nurses, and leadership encouraged a very toxic environment . When I started pushing back, I was terminated
