      Pros

      Duluth Trading Company is a very flexible and family oriented company. Everyone is very supportive of each other and there is definitely an open door policy. They want everyone to succeed and provide up to date information consistently. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

      Company has a great family-feel to it, offers quality products with great guarantees, leading to a lot of happy customers, promises growth in the future

      Cons

      Little incentive to perform well on the job means that many employees underperform, hurting company potential; pay is not very competitive
