Pros
Great Company with lots of personal growth opportunity when you express the interest and put in the work they will help with the opportunities and training. Great managers and ability to talk to upper leadership with concerns and ideas. Very clear on company trajectory and and goals.
Cons
Not all markets are kept up to date with market rates for pay, multiple leadership restructuring in the retail space within 7 years caused extra stress to be placed on the the SM and ASM in the stores especially the most recent change. Expecting stores to be run with minimal payroll with additional tasks being added almost daily with unreasonable turn around times for the workload required.
