      Industry struggling to balance new normal after Covid

      Cons

      I think the retail industry is struggling overall to regain a good balance of business after Covid.

      Pros

      At my location, the staff is extremely helpful and caring. Everyone is very flexible and enjoyable to work with. As well as, the generous employee discount.

      Cons

      The corporate side has proven to be problematic by not providing proper notice about upcoming sales and coupons. The hours can be sporadic after the holidays, even coming to a point of working one day a month.

      Pros

      - Work-life balance is great - unlimited PTO and half-day Fridays are two of my favorite perks of working here. - Coworkers become friends and the environment is casual and very open. - I can see the results of my work and feel proud of the work that I do here.

      Cons

      - The Madison area housing/rental crisis and growing tech company near the HQ has raised living costs extensively in recent years and the Mid-level pay has not kept up with these costs. - It's slow to advance in the company in the creative department.
