      An okay job

      Pros

      Mostly positive work environment, typically low stress, and not very demanding work. Great employee discount- 50% on 3 "uniform" items per month, 40% on everything else.

      Cons

      If daily or weekly sales projections fall short, employee hours will be reduced- this is in spite of being ahead of projected sales for the month or year. You must buy clothes from Duluth to wear in lieu of a uniform. Managers have a somewhat high turnover rate.
