Toxic workplace, a real shame…

Pros

It is the most beautiful place I’ve ever lived. There is deep magic in the land.

Cons

Upper management is purely toxic. Clique driven and bullying. It’s a drama mill fueled by paranoia. Staff housing is sub OSHA standards for most employees. Sexual and other harassment and intimidation are par for the course. They try to trap vulnerable employees there.

Pros

Beautiful location. Housing provided. Decent Salaries.

Cons

Awful management with zero guidance. No standard operating procedures. Micromanaging from leadership that’s not even on site. No direction or true plan of attack. Basically a glorified vacation home for the owners that is masquerading as a business.

Nice pay and benefits, many professionals to work with, beautiful natural paradise to live and work in

Management issues, housing issues, isolation (may not be an issue for some), HIGH turnover rate.
