nice offices, barista, 2 weeks off at the end of the year, a lot of creative people, retreat to mexico, decent value on stock, competitive pay, low ego execs

Cons

if you're in pittsburgh, you have nothing to worry about. other team members and contractors not as listened to or valued. not investing in team growth as they should, many team members have neared or gotten to burnout. saw this across many different teams and functions. issues raised are ignored. no internal mobility for most teams, really hard to grow here.
