Grateful for the experience I gained there because it helped me get out and find a better job! The state benefits are good and the added dental that DTCC gives is nice.

Cons

People walk around like zombies here. Also, don't get hurt at work here because they'll do just about anything, including making up stories, to get you out. There is two faced management. "I want to help you but only if it benefits me" and then "I do the same things that could get you fired, but you will be the one that suffers" are never ways to manage people. It's really sad. Many people get promoted out of popularity versus actual work experience. They change the titles so that they can get a raise. The best thing I ever did was to get out! This was a dead end place.
