Pros

You don’t have to come from a recruitment background to be blown away by the way things are done at Durlston Partners - but if you do, the difference is going to be even more staggering. Kindness, passion, humility, drive and discipline fuel anyone who works at DP, and are the the ethos of the company - which you can feel the moment you walk into the office for your first on site interview. Durlston Partners fosters a growth-led environment that encourages you to be the best version of you you. Toxic competition is replaced by a culture where knowledge is shared, everyone is supported (and will always offer support, regardless of seniority), and there is no place for egos - we all learn and grow together. You will have the opportunity to be surrounded by some of the most knowledgeable experts in the space and to work with top percentile clients and candidates, focussing on building relationships and networking as opposed to mindlessly chasing KPIs. From free book resources to ongoing expert industry training, from top health and dental insurance, to an extra half hour on your lunch break if you exercise, everyone is taken deeply care of at DP, and so much is invested in the development of anyone who works here - not just as recruiters and experts in our fields, but as people. P.S.: We have endless amounts of fun in all of this - think boozy long weekend country retreats, boat parties etc. For everyone, not just top billers.

Cons

We’re in the office every day - but trust me, once you start working here you will not want to work from home (and if you ever have to you will spend your day really missing being in the office).

Pros

My first job after graduating from university and I couldn’t thank more of the company to give me the platform to grow and to develop myself professionally. Fantastic colleagues, always sharing knowledge and keeping each other motivated. Amazing benefits, 2 weeks extra holidays during Christmas!

Cons

So much food and Deliveroo for afternoon tea! Difficult to keep my diet going but I guess it’s the best type of temptations!

Pros

I’ve been in recruitment for a few years and have always chosen companies who value their team and have a good culture. DP is no exception. In addition, there is: - An A* client list - All the tools / systems required to deliver - A beautiful office & great location for meeting clients/candidates - A host of great company benefits - A superb commission structure But this is no land of meadows and bunnies! If your work ethic, personal drive and commitment to delivering a high standard of work is not up to par then you need not apply as you will not succeed. But if they are, the potential to have a good career is open to you.

Cons

TBC - Nothing comes to mind.
