Pros

People are awesome. Customers are awesome. Shifts are great if you go to school or work another job. Tips are good. Work ethic is excellent in most employees and the company's creed is great and well-installed.

Cons

Don't ever expect to get a raise. Ever. It seems to be sufficient to the company to give you free drinks. Which is cool, but after a few years you might find yourself wondering why you're still making minimum wage. Fair amount of drama, which is to be expected when you work with lots of early 20-somethings. But some managers take part in the drama.

Great co-workers, work life balance, helping others and giving back to the community. Spreading love and making peoples days. Never felt like we were working. Life was good.

Cons

scheduling at times, rude customers, but that's what we were there for. Rainy days, people stealing tip jars, no breaks.
