Incredible company from the ground up. Truly inspirational people leading the franchises who want to help you grow into whatever you want it to be. Whether working for DB for a few years while in college, a few years figuring out what you want to do, or training to eventually franchise, DB wants to help you grow as a person and employee and leave a more positive and qualified person ready to inspire others.
Cons
Cannot stress enough that this is a very inspiring company that caters to the customer and the employees, in 3 years working there, I haven't found any things I would consider a "con" of the company. You have to EARN a franchise! It is generally a 6-10 year process from being hired until you can open your own franchise. This is to ensure that only the Very Best people in the company are allowed to earn a franchise and are trusted to represent and grow the culture of the company. This is how DB has been so successful and why there are extremely high expectations company wide.
