Pros

Dwelo is such a great company to work for. I feel like my voice is heard by peers and management alike. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The company/management wants to make sure their employees are happy. As hard as everyone works, we also have fun, too.

Cons

The biggest downside is that the processes need to improve. We are all working hard towards making the processes better. It is refreshing that I am involved in the process changes and that my experience and opinions are taken into account when trying to make the improvements.

Very flexible and reasonable demands with great co workers as well being apart of a company that is gowing rapidly

Pros

Culture and work environment is unrivaled. Dwelo is very focused on their employees and maintaining the right culture. I have worked with Dwelo for over 2 years and I can't imagine going a different direction. Very fast paced growth has created a lot of good career opportunities from the ground up. If you put in the hard work you will be rewarded!

Cons

Fast paced growth comes with challenges in any work environment. Keeping on top of capacity has proved difficult with the growth. This is a good problem to have.
