Pros

Conscientious leadership who cares about ensuring both customers and employees are having a great experience. Unlimited vacation Flexible work arrangements Solid benefits including medical, dental, 401k and everything else you would expect from a thriving company Inspiring leadership with a compelling vision for the company Amazing culture of trust, accountability and fun!

Cons

Not really a con but just know this is a startup so don't expect to coast or hide somewhere. This is a place where you can make an impact and have a life outside of work.

Pros

Dwelo is one of the hardest job I've ever had. The product and technology surface area are vast, so there is a lot to learn very quickly if you want to be successful and effective. Everyone is expected to take ownership and contribute. Despite the high expectations, there is a LOT of flexibility-- unlimited vacation, work life balance, project ownership-- and your teammates encourage you to take time off for any reason. I've seen quite a few internal transfers between departments and Dwelo has supported employee training to accomplish career goals outside the scope of original role placements. The leadership team invests a lot in employee development and while not perfect, is always trying to learn and make iterative improvements. This sets the tone for the company-- people really care about each other at Dwelo.

Cons

Could use more people and resources across the organization-- everyone is responsible for many many things, but that's also a startup!
