Poor upper management decisions. No longer ANY job security. I'll be shocked if more plants aren't closed in less than 5 yrs. Took away many of the benefits that we used to have. Upper Management will lie to you. Corporate doesn't care about good employees.

Leadership, ownership, culture, mission, vision, values, training, pay, benefits, did I mention the leadership? The president is a little tiny joke of a man, the VP’s are ego maniacs, and the directors are worthless.
