Tier 1 Colleagues with a multitude of skills, educational backgrounds and military experience. Small company where everyone knows your name, great benefits and most competitive salaries in the industry.
Cons
None at this time nor do I anticipate any in the future.
DMA was one of the best employers I've had, their benefits packages were competitive and opt-out options were awesome. The HR staff was great and every single member of the management team was very transparent as to what was going on, which in a contracting environment is key. I loved working for them and the CEO is a great guy. Training is important to them, as is a family feel. Absolutely awesome employer.
Cons
There aren't any I can attribute to the company, I would have stayed if I could have!
One of the best places I have ever worked. Flexible in allowing me to work from home. Great management, small but growing company. Just won a large contract with the Navy, expanding to several locations.
Cons
The only downside is one of my own choosing and that is working from home doesn't allow me to have face to face interaction with our customer. I make up for that with frequent phone calls and teleconferences.
