Pros

They have a good product, so supporting that is easy. Choose your own adventure in terms of certifications and self-learning. The stock option payout makes it better to stay longer.

Cons

Well-known that incompetent managers remain in their roles indefinitely while they hemorrhage talent. Discrimination complaints are not investigated or managed; you are managed out of the company.

Amazing People, Poor Growth

Pros

- If you wanna become familiar with a bunch of cool new technologies, this is a techie's safe haven. - People at the company you work with are caring, good people - A real "team" feel where others make an effort to be more than just employees together

Cons

- Felt like I spent more time presenting value than actually providing value - This job has a very cookie-cutter style of evaluating its employees. You have to do a lot of things that you aren't particularly interested/privy towards in order to receive high scores - Low salary, no bonuses, promotions take to long to achieve - The account your assigned to really defines your experience, especially when the account itself treats you as their own employee - Apparent bureaucracy -- feels too "corporate" sometimes

Tech is great company isn't

Great tech that really helps organizations.

Cons

Horrible culture...micro-management everything...how many calls are tracked, emails sent, meetings had, PoC's, demos, who are you calling on...you get the idea I'm sure. No diversity with super high turn over rate.
