Pros

Good technology, very helpful when trying to find a needle in a haystack for performance issues

Cons

expense report reimbursement is a nightmare. poor leadership and high turn over, market is commoditizing daily it seems. company will need to be acquired and converged with another player if they're to maintain any sort of continued value.

Decent Company, Still Needs a Lot of Work

Pros

Pending on your position, you are able to work from home on a full-time basis. There are opportunities to move up and grow within the company if you desire to do so.

Cons

Lack of consistency and job security. Lots of turnovers that cause disruptions in your work and a low morale amongst employees. The pay and benefits are far lower at Dynatrace than other local competitors.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts. The Human Resources team is continuously reviewing our benefits program to ensure the package offered to employees is comprehensive, affordable, as well as competitive. Recently the paid vacation/holiday schedule was expanded and tuition reimbursement was added.

Great product, but lots of risk.

Pros

They APM tools are well regarded and near the top of the analyst rankings. There is a great deal of investment in R&D, so the product stays very competitive. Work life balance is achievable.

Cons

They were recently bought by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, so expect many changes. Much of the leadership has left the company in the last year. Executives predict more layoffs coming. There will be a lot of change in the next year or two, so job security is a risk.
