Business Outlook
Pros
Great company full of enthusiastic people. Plenty of opportunities to learn/gain qualifications and take on new projects. Since re-opening of UK venues there has been a big effort to meet in person at company events which has been good too, fully expensed and lots of merch flying around.
Cons
Although HR are lovely people who go out of their way to help, I think the overall structuring is at times quite outdated. For example, this is quite a junior role but it still required 7 interviews... this is similar once you join with drawn out processes. This is the only negative I can really think of at this stage, and as the team are so nice it's hard to be too critical.
