      Good experience, but training could be improved

      It was ok experience for me as an engineer

      Cons

      I would expect them to give training of what they are looking for instead of thinking they hired anyone who is capable of doing anything, you cant expect a certain level system engineer to do senior software engineer tasks without information, training and knowledge transfer.
