Dyson is a good place to be for development of skills as the company prioritises a culture of learning. Excellent benefits provided : annual leaves, insurance, transportation allowance, free lunch and coffee.

Cons

Frequent change of higher management, dependent on project status (keeps changing) depending on business needs - makes it quite unstable especially when the project is not successful.
