Trying to achieve anything requires cutting through so much red tape in the end you lose the will to live and never get anywhere. No remote working, this is 2023?

Cons

Lots of ill-qualified people making big decisions based on bad data and unwilling to listen to the experts. Lots of outsourcing to unqualified agencies in IT.
