      Good industries, smart people, decent infrastructure.

      Stagnant at times, no ability to build equity in any way, benefits are just ok, have to put in a lot of work.

      Pros

      The people that pass through the doors are good, and create lasting friendships.

      Cons

      Good at underbidding jobs, which affects bonuses and work hours. I Idonated many hours to the company because of this.. When the work slows down, they are quick to abandon good engineers. They values a dollar more than their enginneers.

      The company is full of nice and knowledgeable people. The knowledge growing could be exponential thanks to the diversity of projects and fields that we work with.

      Sometimes could be a lot of travel Pay range is ok but not the best in the area
