      Pros

      Seems like each office is different.

      Cons

      Life science west management is poor, spend a lot of time in unnecessary meetings. Project execution is poorly done - project managers do not know enough about the subject matter to manage effectively. The benefits are very poor.

      The work we do is fun. Working on controls in data centers. Very laid back environment.

      Cons

      Employee retention needs some work. When an employee leaves you have to pick up their load without additional compensation.
