      Upper management are friendly and down to earth Great at acquiring business opportunities, worst at estimating efficiency. 3.8million in backlog with minimal efforts towards efficiency

      Cons

      -Very unclear expectations set for KPIs once onboarded. -Training was nonexistent. —Absolutely no workflow process or automation involved in very basic tasks. -Dinosaur BDMs and Directors with arrogant Passive aggressive attitudes, New hires beware! - Quick to hire and quicker to fire

      Pros

      The people that pass through the doors are good, and create lasting friendships.

      Cons

      Good at underbidding jobs, which affects bonuses and work hours. I Idonated many hours to the company because of this.. When the work slows down, they are quick to abandon good engineers. They values a dollar more than their enginneers.
