Cons
Never gave me my raise that they told me I was getting. Confronted them about it n they sd I would get backpay. That was a LIE! Didn't receive one penny. I referred someone to work there n was supposed to get $1000 referred bonus-Never received that either! And ACTUALLY when I went to HR n asked why I had not been backpaid for my raise n why hadnt I received my $1000 referral bonus 2 days in a row (bc head HR wasn't there 1st day) they fired me the very next day!! Stole my money and fired me! That's E&E for you.
Friends, company benefits thought it was a good place to work
Cons
Poor leadership, deceitful liars stack points without correctly fixing them no people skills DEFINITELY NOT FAMILY ORIENTED!! Long hours no sick days other than vacation days. Cheat people out of what they rightfully earn then terminate them. Too cliquish.
