1. Rapid growth in home furnishing business as an industry leader. 2. Mutual respect among co-workers from different cultural background.

Cons

Due to fast growth of the company, there're a lot of new employees hired recently. We need internal newsletter for corporate announcement so we can have better communications between departments.

Close to Freeway.

Cons

Upper management is there to kiss up to the CEO and protect their jobs. They do not look after their direct reports. The bedding and textiles design needs new blood the designs are stale and dated very 90's. Stop righting good reviews because HR wanted there ratings higher for better candidate recruitment.
