Pros

Depending on the team you join, you can have some very understanding and kind people to help you out. The company has also been good at keeping employees safe during this pandemic and following the county guidelines. They have also managed to do well in the online market during the pandemic too. The company also foots the bill for your insurance, which is either Anthem or Kaiser and includes medical, dental, and vision.

Cons

Ways for moving up in the company are hard to determine. Depending on the team you join, it can determine how you are valued and treated by others on that team. The office itself is a bit old and dingy. There aren't a lot of windows in some parts of each building, which can make it feel a bit claustrophobic to say the least.
