Pros

Most people I met while I am here are nice. The office is spacious with plenty personal working space.

Cons

Company culture is different from other companies I worked for. Partially due to the fact it is a family owned company, and the scale of the company is not yet large. So the way people are working are often inconsistent due to lack of established processes.
